As part of our home builder warranty, we will respond to calls for repairs, replacements and corrections to items found to be malfunctioning at no additional cost to the client. Our team will respond to calls within 24 hours and do the necessary repairs without delay.
We Guarantee the Longevity of Our Work
We give our clients only the best materials and workmanship for each project. We practice the 2/5/10 rule in warranting our services:
- 2-year warranty on materials and labour
- 5-year building envelope warranty
- 10-year structural defects warranty
First 12 months: coverage for any defect in labour and materials
First 15 months: coverage for defects in labour and materials in the common areas of a multi-unit building
First 24 months: coverage for defects in labour and materials supplied for the electrical, heating, plumbing, ventilation and air conditioning systems, including exterior cladding, windows, doors and caulking that may lead to material damage to a new structure.
We Offer After-Care Assistance
Our job does not stop when we turn over the finished unit to you. We ensure the longevity of our work by scheduling maintenance checks and offering replacements and repairs within a reasonable period of time.

We list all project inclusions in detail and deliver each one completely. Most construction projects fail because the provider and the client are not clear on what is to be expected out of the job. We outline our tasks and explain each one to you before we begin so you are informed every step of the way.
