You brought with you a quiet professionalism for which we are very grateful. Your work ethic respected the fact that our house was not just a work site but our home. Your diligence in ensuring that the work area was cleaned of debris, tools and equipment at the end of each work day allowed us to maintain a relative normalcy in our home even at the very height of demolition. You tolerated our many questions and concerns with patience and never failed to give us the benefit of your insight. You brought each segment of the project you undertook in on time and on budget. You went out of your way to help us overcome issues which to others would have been insurmountable, with a level of honesty and integrity that we will never forget.
No matter how overwhelming some of the work became to us, your concern with detail and your ability to face potential problems with humour gave us the confidence to know that the quality of your finished work would more than make up for any of our concerns.
